AIwithDan currently describes its services as free, with paid tutoring under consideration. Paid-session cancellation and refund terms have not yet been decided. This page is a draft and is not a substitute for agreed booking terms.
Free educational resources
Free website resources do not involve a purchase price, so there is no payment to refund.
Complimentary sessions
Where a session is expressly offered at no charge, there is no session fee to refund. Please communicate promptly if you cannot attend. Confirm the actual booking and rescheduling method.
Future paid sessions
AIwithDan has not yet established a paid-session refund or cancellation policy. Before paid bookings are offered, the applicable cancellation notice, rescheduling rules, no-show treatment, refunds, and processing method must be published and presented before purchase.
Business-initiated changes
Procedures for any future paid session cancelled or rescheduled by AIwithDan must be established before accepting payment. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
Digital products and group instruction
No digital-product sales or paid group instruction terms have been confirmed. Any such offer will need specific purchase, delivery, cancellation, and refund disclosures before sale.
